Blü Egyptian

In the last two years, Blü Egyptian has toured throughout the West, illuminating dancefloors in wild jubilation. Since releasing three studio albums and multiple live recordings that showcase their original songwriting and improvisation, the band has made a name for themselves on the touring circuit. Based in Chico, CA, the band met in high school and became a band in 2020. Blü Egyptian has supported national touring acts such as Dogs in a Pile, Thumpasaurus, Toubab Krewe, Magic Beans, Pink Talking Fish and The Mother Hips, while creating a buzz at festivals including Burning Man, Oregon Country Fair, Cascade Equinox, Golden Road Gathering, Ain't Necessarily Dead Fest and Hog Farm Hideaway.

With nonstop touring, the band has honed a sound they describe as Prog-Jam, interwining Funk, Latin, Reggae, Bluegrass, Jazz, EDM and Classic Rock n' Roll in a live in-the-moment experience. The band is set to release a live album in 2025 featuring tracks from their summer/fall tour. Brace yourself for the ever-evolving experience that is Blü Egyptian. 💙🪷
